• Mobile Dentistry

  • Clear Mobile Dentistry serves to provide comprehensive dental care to those people who have a need or preference to be treated in the privacy of their own home or who are in a care center unable to visit an outside office.  We visit personal homes, care centers and businesses.  You or your family member can receive oral health exams, dental cleanings and fillings without leaving the comfort of your home or care center. Our dental team is happy to welcome you and your family to our practice. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of oral health care in the gentlest manner possible.

    Our equipment is completely mobile, clean and sterilized. The equipment is set up in your home or facility; we bring our service all the way to you.  We bring everything, including tables and x-ray machines, so you do not need to rearrange your home or facility to make room for us.

    On our first visit you can expect:

    -   A thorough examination and review of oral health, carefully evaluating dental needs.

    -   X-rays deemed necessary by the dentist.

    -   We will educate each patient and/or their caregiver on how they can best improve their oral health. 

    Following our first visit you can expect:

    -  A treatment plan sent listing the teeth and the treatment recommended including restorative fees per expected appointment(s).  Optional treatment is rendered when it is available

    -  A graphical chart of the teeth present including any restorations and cavities (decay) that are noted at the time of the exam will be sent. Optional treatment is rendered when it’s available.

    Treatment plans are an estimate of treatment needed based on the information gathered at the evaluation.  Changes to the plans can occur and will be discussed as needed. 

    -  Returning a SIGNED Treatment Plan Form authorizing treatment to proceed.

    -  Communication with the office staff regarding appointments and explaining concerns the dentist may have.  The staff is available to answer your questions and is a reliable liaison between you and the dentist.  The main office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  You may call during business hours at 303-840-1097.

    -  Mobile dentistry is provided on Wednesdays and Fridays  as a general rule.  Dr. Clear is in the main office Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    We are completely computerized, including an electronic chart that holds your individual dental information confidentially.  In addition, we have full service dental laboratory to complete phases of your dental treatment as needed. We are able to provide extractions as well as build custom dentures and partials.

    Dental health is important to us and we would like you to be well informed about your family members’ oral health.

    Enclosed are a few forms for you to fill out, which will help us get to know you and your family’s dental needs better.  Please complete them at your convenience and send back only the first four pages to our business office address as listed above or they can be faxed to 303-840-0208 or you may scan the completed forms and email them to ClearLifeTimeDental@GMail.com.

    After the forms arrive at the office and are reviewed, an initial appointment will be set through the office.  The Care Facility and the Responsible Party will be informed to the date Dr. Clear will come.  A 2-4 hour window is given in regards to the time Dr. Clear will arrive.  An exact time is not possible due to the inability to foresee the expected length other appointments need and the inability to judge the traffic situations.

    We recognize the value of your time. In the event you or your family member cannot make our appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance by calling 303-840-1097.
